the palate it tastes more like sweet gooseberry, but is well balanced by deliciously stimulating
acidity. Seems to be getting drier towards the finish, probably because of a healthy dose of

Reife Mandarinenschalen sind hocharomatisch auf der klaren Nase. Am Gaumen kommen sogar noch reife Orangennoten hinzu, die frisch, klar und mit ausgeprägter Saftigkeit tanzen. Eine reife Säure hält sich zunächst zurück, kommt aber im Finale zur vollen Geltung.
